NetWaiter and delivery.com now offer online ordering and marketing benefits to increase business for restaurants across the United States.

NetWaiter has incorporated online ordering functionality for restaurants listed on delivery.com directly into the NetWaiter network.

This joint effort enables customers to order from about 5,000 delivery.com restaurants across the U.S., directly from NetWaiter’s Network.  The NetWaiter Network includes more than 300,000 independent restaurants and small to medium size chains.  Thousands of additional delivery.com restaurants will be included in the future.

NetWaiter Platform and Network

NetWaiter allows visitors to view local restaurant info, find locations that deliver, order online, and get updates from their favorite places.  In addition, the system is a marketing platform for restaurants to communicate with thousands of local customers for free. This partnership allows restaurants to use NetWaiter to attract more local customers and receive orders via delivery.com’s existing capabilities.

“One of our goals is to help restaurant owners attract more local customers,” said Jared Shimoff, President at NetWaiter.  “Restaurants using delivery.com have a new way to promote their restaurant. Customers visiting a NetWaiter site can now order online using the integrated ordering functionality from delivery.com.”

Another major benefit is NetWaiter’s mobile capabilities.  Many restaurants don’t have a mobile presence.  NetWaiter solves this problem by providing every location on the network with a mobile web app that can be configured and controlled directly by the restaurant.

NetWaiter has evolved over the years.  “Our tools help restaurants update local customers about their menu, specials, and promotions. Now they can act on this information by allowing them to place orders through a partner like delivery.com,” says Shimoff.

“If you were to organize different types of information, a restaurant’s daily special is about as timely as it gets.  That type of info is only relevant for a limited time and it’s specific to a single restaurant.  We provide the tools and platform for restaurants to distribute and promote that info,” adds Shimoff.

“We want our restaurants to get as much exposure and as many orders as possible,” said Jed Kleckner, CEO of delivery.com. “NetWaiter helps by extending our ordering capabilities to their vast network without any friction, and by providing additional marketing tools to our restaurant partners.”
